We designed our shipping options to be simple, affordable, and free with minimum purchase!
We currently offer FREE USPS priority mail shipping and UPS as preferred carriers, and restrict delivery to the United States.
Let us know if additional shipping options are important to you, and we'll add services as demand warrants.
Shipping Serivce Guidelines
Order shipments originate from Austin, Texas, and typically require 3-7 business days to reach their destination. We do not offer delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. Some orders may be shipped using USPS, depending on delivery address. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email if your item is back ordered or if there will be expected delays.
Orders placed before 3:00PM CST typically enter the system that day. Although a package may be ready for delivery in the morning, orders do not enter 'shipped' status until credit card authorization and address verification verified and received, and the selected shipper physically picks the package(s) up from our warehouse that afternoon.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order. To reship a refused or undeliverable package, an additional shipping charge would be applied, depending on what kind of shipping you prefer. We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time.
Cancelling / Order Change
At The Unique Closet, we take pride in processing your orders quickly; therefore, it may not always be possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
However, changes to orders cannot be made after 3:00pm CST on business days, as packages may already be en route to their destination(s).
Orders that ship directly from the The Unique Closet warehouse must be cancelled before 3:00pm CST on their scheduled ship date.
If we are unable to cancel the order prior to it entering the shipping process, you would need to return the item subject to our return policies below.
Returns and Exchanges
You may always return or exchange regular priced merchandise purchased online within 30 days of the ship date.
Simply login to your account and schedule a return using the 'Need to schedule a return' link found in your online order history summary. Afterwards, please mail a copy of your original invoice with RMA number, and the unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise with tags in place to the address listed below, and we will be happy to return or exchange it for something else. All return packages attempted to be delivered without a RMA number will be declined.
Returned items not meeting proper criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please note all clearance, specials, weekly boutique deals and sales merchandise sold are final sales and cannot be returned for exchange, store credit, closet points or full/partial refunds.
For a Store Credit:
Schedule a return using the 'Need to schedule a return' link found in your online order history summary and indicate that you would like a store credit or Closet Points. Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice, RMA number and tags, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. A store credit will be issued and sent to your billing address within 14 business days upon receipt.
Schedule a return using the 'Need to schedule a return' link found in your online order history summary and indicate the products you would like a exchange. Then, include the invoice and RMA number along with your tagged merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail.
We'll send in-stock items to you right away. If there is a difference in price between the new items purchased and the items returned we will charge your credit card, or issue a refund accordingly. Your credit card will also be charged for the additional shipping fees.
Schedule a return using the 'Need to schedule a return' link found in your online order history summary and indicate the products you would like a refund, including the reason for the return. Include the invoice with RMA number along with your tagged merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. The purchase will be refunded back to the original card the purchase was made from within 14 business days upon receipt.

- All returned merchandise must have the tags in place.
- We will not accept exchanges or refunds on merchandise that has been worn or washed.
- We do not except exchanges or refunds on gift cards.

Shipping Charges on Returns and Exchanges
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning or exchanging.
However, if you receive merchandise from The Unique Closet that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily refund the return shipping cost to your credit card. Please be sure to include a copy of the shipping receipt with your returned merchandise in order to be reimbursed.
